Job Description
To provide secretarial and administrative support in order to ensure effective and efficient administrative operations. This permanent, on-site position is based in George, South Africa.
Requirements
- Grade 12 or Equivalent Qualification
- 3 Years experience in an administrative or secretarial role
- Event planning and coordination
- Typing skills
- Microsoft Office Packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Telephone etiquette
- Administrative skills
- Stock control
- Minute taking
- Formatting and styling of written communication (i.e. memo’s, letters, emails, study guides, mail merge)
- Secretarial or Office Administration Qualification (desired)
- Experience in a similar role in the healthcare industry (desired)
Responsibilities
- Perform general office administration
- Coordinate and administer documentation and correspondence
- Provide professional reception service
