Requirements

• Completed NQF5 in Financial, Accounting, or Marketing fields
• RE5 qualification is an advantage
• Minimum 2 years sales experience in Commercial Banking
• 2 years banking experience
• Own car and valid driver's license
• Must not be an unrehabilitated insolvent
• Credit record check required according to National Credit Act
• Ability to enhance and grow business profitability
• Strong financial acumen and technology savviness
• Relationship management and customer service skills
• Networking and lead generation capabilities
• Adaptable, curious, and sales driven mindset
• Ability to manage personal development and competencies

Responsibilities

• Achieve embedded value hurdle rates and sales targets
• Increase average balance of Business Unit assets
• Track, control, and influence sales activities
• Maximise cross-sell opportunities and strengthen client relationships
• Manage growth of active customer account base through hunting
• Deliver exceptional and innovative customer service at point of sale
• Leverage existing clients and generate new leads
• Provide accurate sales statistics through daily cash-ups
• Enter qualified leads into CRM and maintain pipeline
• Analyse competitor information and monitor market trends
• Ensure timely closure of new business applications
• Manage personal development to improve skills
• Identify new business opportunities impacting the industry
