Momentum Metropolitan Holdings is seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of projects that align with business objectives. You will coordinate stakeholders, manage risks, and ensure compliance with governance and regulatory requirements. This role requires strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to drive project success while maintaining exceptional client and stakeholder relationships.

- Project Management Qualification
- Relevant B-Degree
- Knowledge of Employee Benefits industry
- Knowledge of regulatory, legislative, governance, risk, and compliance landscape
- 3-5 years’ experience managing projects in a diverse environment
Responsibilities
- Contribute to and coordinate the investigation of project feasibility to support business objectives
- Contribute to the development of business cases for approval
- Determine and document project scope in collaboration with team and stakeholders
- Determine and document project objectives and measures of success
- Develop project plans identifying and sequencing activities and timelines
- Identify and manage dependencies between projects across the business
- Identify risks and collaborate with stakeholders to manage mitigation
- Report on overall project progress, risks, and issues as per reporting requirements
- Liaise with stakeholders to sign off minutes for project meetings and workshops
- Analyze project-related data (issue logs, risk logs, action logs) for informed decision-making
- Oversee and sign off project plans, resource schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures
- Manage project closeout and assess project effectiveness to make improvement recommendations
- Recommend initiatives to address project shortcomings or areas of concern
- Provide authoritative expertise and advice to clients and stakeholders
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Deliver on service level agreements to manage client expectations
- Make recommendations to improve client service and fair treatment of clients
- Participate in a culture of rewarding relationships, feedback, and exceptional client service
- Develop and maintain productive and collaborative working relationships with peers
- Positively influence and participate in change initiatives
- Continuously develop expertise in professional, industry, and legislative knowledge
- Contribute to continuous innovation through sharing and implementing new ideas
- Take ownership for driving career development
- Contribute to the financial planning process within the project
- Identify opportunities to enhance cost effectiveness and operational efficiency
- Manage financial and other company resources with due respect
- Provide input into risk identification processes and communicate recommendations
