Job Description

ninety9cents is hiring a Live Account Executive to manage day-to-day retail advertising campaigns with a focus on product-and-price collateral. The role involves direct collaboration with brand stakeholders, ensuring accurate briefing, timeline management, and effective communication across departments to deliver high-quality marketing output.

Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field
  • 2-3 years’ experience in a similar client service role within advertising or related industries
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with Workbook and/or RMS (advantageous)
  • Proactive and problem-solving mindset
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills
  • Excellent administrative, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and deadline orientation
  • Client service focus and ability to collaborate across teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Approachable, empathetic, and emotionally intelligent
  • Accountable, resilient, and proactive

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Understand and interpret client objectives and advertising requirements
  • Gather and translate client briefs into actionable tasks for studio and production teams
  • Manage timelines and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables
  • Review outputs to align with client expectations and brand guidelines
  • Draft job briefs and amendments for DTP management
  • Track and follow up on outstanding briefs and feedback
  • Ensure all internal and external approvals are obtained before final delivery
  • Coordinate and communicate with internal departments including creative, DTP, QA, and production
  • Facilitate and participate in status meetings and client sessions
  • Prepare and document updates and reports for clients and stakeholders
  • Maintain detailed records of client communications
  • Oversee DTP processes to ensure accuracy and adherence to deadlines
  • Identify and resolve issues during campaign execution or escalate when necessary
