Job Description

The University of South Africa (UNISA) offers a 12-month internship in the Institutional Advancement Department, focusing on marketing. Interns will support marketing campaigns, create promotional materials, and analyze marketing data, contributing to UNISA’s public image. This programme provides mentorship and practical workplace experience for unemployed South African graduates passionate about marketing.

Requirements

• National Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Brand Management, or Business Administration (NQF Level 6 or above)
• Unemployed South African citizen
• No formal work experience in the field of application
• No previous participation in an internship programme at UNISA or any other organization
• Age not older than 35 years
• UNISA graduate in the required field of study
• Ability to provide certified copies (not older than 6 months) of South African ID, Matric Certificate, Academic Record, and UNISA qualification

Responsibilities

• Support marketing campaigns for UNISA
• Create promotional materials
• Analyze marketing data to assess campaign performance
• Contribute to UNISA’s public image through marketing efforts
• Collaborate with the Institutional Advancement team
• Ensure marketing materials align with brand guidelines
• Participate in mentorship and professional development activities
