Job Description
The National Skills Fund (NSF) is offering a Graduate and Work Integrated Learning (WIL) Internship Programme for the 2025/2026 to 2026/2027 financial year. This internship in Human Resources Management and Development at the Pretoria Head Office provides work exposure to graduates in their relevant field, supporting HR functions and organizational development initiatives.
Requirements
- National Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management or Human Resources Development
- Must be a South African citizen
- Must be unemployed at the time of application
- Must not have previously participated in any internship programme
- Ability to complete the Z83 application form accurately and legibly
- Willingness to provide certified copies of qualifications and other documents if shortlisted
- Strong attention to detail to ensure all application details match ID or passport
- Ability to comply with confidentiality requirements as per the application process
Responsibilities
- Assist in human resources administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record-keeping
- Support recruitment processes, including screening applications and scheduling interviews
- Contribute to employee onboarding and orientation programs
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Support training and development initiatives for staff
- Collaborate with HR team to ensure compliance with Employment Equity Act
- Participate in HR projects to gain practical experience
- Prepare reports and documentation related to HR activities
- Maintain confidentiality of HR-related information
- Engage in learning opportunities to enhance HR skills
