Job Description

Air Traffic and Navigation Services (ATNS) is hiring a Human Capital Consultant for FAOR to align HC initiatives with business objectives. The role involves delivering comprehensive HC services, ensuring compliance, and fostering a high-performance culture. The consultant will support recruitment, performance management, and organizational effectiveness while maintaining stakeholder relationships.

Requirements

  • Relevant degree in HR Management, Social Sciences, Organisational Psychology, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years progressive HR generalist experience with a strong background in business partnering in a complex operations environment
  • Management/Leadership qualification (advantageous)

Responsibilities

  • Align HC plans, projects, and initiatives with business needs
  • Provide people management solutions to meet business needs
  • Advise line managers on people management practices
  • Implement HC policies and processes
  • Provide guidance on HC policy interpretation and application
  • Support business and employees across all HC processes
  • Execute recruitment, selection, and placement processes
  • Ensure effective personnel administration and data accuracy
  • Provide input on business unit restructuring and workforce planning
  • Check payroll data for accuracy
  • Monitor employee time, attendance, and absenteeism
  • Coordinate talent retention plans
  • Monitor disciplinaries, grievances, and employee morale
  • Drive delivery of HC projects within approved parameters
  • Utilize data analytics to inform solutions and initiatives
  • Educate managers and employees on HC practices
  • Support performance management processes
  • Partner with ER/Wellness/Transformation for positive labour relations
  • Promote a productive and collaborative work environment
  • Provide guidance on performance management through coaching
  • Ensure adherence to the performance management calendar
  • Support implementation of the Employee Value Proposition
  • Work with management to improve work relationships and morale
  • Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships
  • Ensure compliance with HC policies and legislation
  • Implement HC-related governance and controls
  • Identify and report HC risks and support mitigation plans
  • Compile and submit compliance reports
