Delivered in partnership with a prestigious business school, this Management Practice Program integrates practical HR tasks with structured learning to develop future HR leaders. Requirements

• South African citizen
• Bachelor’s Degree, B-Tech, or National Diploma in Human Resources Management
• Eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute meaningfully
• Located in or willing to relocate to Modderfontein, Gauteng
• Strong written and communication skills
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English

Responsibilities

• Participate in recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing and selection
• Support performance management initiatives
• Assist in labour relations activities
• Contribute to talent development programs
• Engage in organisational change projects
• Participate in the Management Practice Program with a business school
• Attend learning sessions and classes as required
• Apply theoretical HR knowledge to real-world scenarios
