Job Description

This role focuses on achieving monthly sales objectives for used vehicles while ensuring every customer receives superior service. The position requires strong selling ability, an understanding of industry dynamics, and proven skills in customer management and closing deals.

Requirements

  • Minimum Grade 12
  • 3 years sales executive experience
  • A Code 8 Driver's Licence
  • Computer literacy
  • Proven track record of meeting regular monthly targets

Responsibilities

  • Develop the business to achieve set monthly sales targets
  • Retain and grow the existing customer base through targeted strategies
  • Ensure customer expectations are met with effective service delivery
  • Remain committed to achieving sales targets through proactive engagement
  • Identify and develop new revenue streams
  • Manage escalations and provide customer feedback
  • Negotiate agreements and close sales
  • Understand industry and market trends as well as customer behaviour
  • Accurately evaluate vehicles
