Job Description

Air Traffic and Navigation Services (ATNS) is seeking a Head of Culture, Change & Transformation to lead the function’s strategy and operations. The role involves developing and implementing culture and transformation initiatives, fostering organizational commitment, and managing business transformation projects. The position requires strategic leadership, stakeholder management, and alignment with ATNS’s vision and goals.

Requirements

  • Postgraduate degree in Business Studies, Human Resources, Organizational Development, MBA, or related field
  • 8 years’ experience in designing and implementing culture, change, and transformation projects in a complex technology environment
  • At least 5 years in a managerial level role
  • Recognized Certificates in Change Management, Culture, or Transformation
  • Industrial Psychology, Sociology, or Psychology qualification (advantageous)

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and management to the Culture, Change & Transformation function
  • Develop and implement the function’s strategy and value proposition
  • Design and implement the operating model aligned with business needs
  • Drive delivery of projects within time, budget, and quality standards
  • Provide input into the long-term ATNS strategy
  • Develop an integrated annual business plan
  • Drive ATNS vision, mission, and values within the function
  • Provide strategic thought leadership
  • Conduct research and statistical analysis to improve efficiency
  • Benchmark service delivery against global best practices
  • Provide specialist advice on culture and transformation issues
  • Maintain and improve efficiency processes
  • Drive cost-effectiveness and efficiencies
  • Formulate and implement policies and practices
  • Drive system improvements
  • Foster organizational commitment to transformation
  • Assess current vs. desired culture and address gaps
  • Develop plans to institutionalize desired mindsets and behaviors
  • Assess adaptation capacity and change load
  • Understand and transition users to new tools and processes
  • Develop business cases for projects
  • Monitor project progress and ensure objectives are met
  • Coordinate with IT teams for system development
  • Conduct training sessions on new procedures
  • Allocate resources to meet project goals
  • Analyze data for process improvements
  • Establish communication plans for stakeholders
  • Build and maintain stakeholder relationships
  • Develop and manage the function’s budget
  • Lead governance and compliance frameworks
  • Manage performance and development of staff
