The PB&A Graduate Programme 2026 is a contract-based initiative offering practical training in wealth management, financial planning, and investment strategy. Designed for top graduates in finance and investment, it prepares candidates to become Private Advisors serving high-net-worth clients. Successful candidates may receive permanent position offers.

Requirements

• Completed FAIS accredited NQIS Level 7 Undergraduate or NQIS Level 8 Postgraduate qualification in BCom Investments, Financial Planning, Estate Planning, Financial Management, Accounting, or Economics
• Credit record check required according to the National Credit Act
• Residency in George

Responsibilities

• Participate in on-the-job training including attending meetings and shadowing staff
• Research information to support report preparation
• Develop skills in wealth management, financial planning, and investment strategy
• Undergo performance assessments leading to potential permanent employment
• Engage with a curriculum focused on practical private banking applications
