Job Description

The PB&A Graduate Programme 2026 provides practical training in wealth management, financial planning, and investment strategy for top graduates in finance and investment. This contract-based programme prepares candidates to become Private Advisors serving high-net-worth clients. Performance assessments may lead to permanent roles.

Requirements

• Completed FAIS accredited NQF Level 7 Undergraduate or NQF Level 8 Postgraduate qualification in BCom Investments, Financial Planning, Estate Planning, Financial Management, Accounting, or Economics only
• Credit record check required according to National Credit Act
• Residency in Freestate, Northwest, Limpopo, Mpumalanga Highveld, or Mpumalanga Lowveld required

Responsibilities

• Participate in on-the-job training by attending meetings and shadowing staff members
• Research information to support report preparation
• Acquire skills in wealth management, financial planning, and investment strategy
• Undergo assessments with potential for permanent employment
• Engage with a curriculum focused on real-world private banking applications
