Job Description

The PB&A Graduate Programme 2026 offers practical training in wealth management, financial planning, and investment strategy for top finance and investment graduates aspiring to become Private Advisors. This contract-based initiative prepares candidates for careers in private banking with assessment leading to permanent position offers for high performers.

Requirements

  • Completed FAIS accredited NQF Level 7 Undergraduate or NQF Level 8 Postgraduate qualification in BCom Investments, Financial Planning, Estate Planning, Financial Management, Accounting, or Economics only
  • Credit record check required in accordance with the National Credit Act
  • Residency around Sandton area required

Responsibilities

  • Participate in on-the-job training through attending meetings and shadowing staff
  • Research information to be used in reports to gain practical business experience
  • Acquire skills in wealth management, financial planning, and investment strategy
  • Undergo performance assessments with potential offers for permanent roles
  • Engage with a curriculum focused on real-world applications in private banking
