Lead the creative vision for a dynamic agency by overseeing a talented team and ensuring outstanding creative output across diverse communication platforms. The role requires driving innovation, strategic thinking, and maintaining strong client relationships to deliver impactful brand solutions.
Requirements
- Tertiary degree or diploma in creative arts, marketing or communications (advantageous)
- 10-15 years’ experience as creative director
- Strong conceptual ability demonstrated by an impressive portfolio
- Experience in omni-channel advertising
- Proven experience as an innovative, inspirational, collaborative creative director within advertising or related fields
- Exceptional creative problem-solving, conceptual ability and executional excellence across channels
- Ability to lead and inspire creative teams
- Deep understanding of culture, trends, and production
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Curiosity and passion for creativity with openness to learn
- Accountability and balance between personal project work and team campaign oversight
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 Suite and Adobe Creative Suite
- Team player with broad collaboration skills
- Ability to remain calm in fast-paced environments

Responsibilities
- Lead creative vision and inspire the agency’s creative output
- Drive innovative and compelling creative concepts aligned with client objectives and brand identity
- Foster a culture of creativity and innovation
- Ensure high standards of quality and execution across all deliverables
- Develop creative solutions for traditional, digital, and experiential channels
- Collaborate with clients and account teams to understand business objectives
- Develop strategic creative solutions to drive brand awareness and business results
- Stay informed on market trends and consumer behaviour
- Oversee, mentor, recruit, and retain a talented creative team
- Maintain a collaborative and supportive team environment
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with honesty and integrity
- Communicate creative concepts and strategies effectively to clients
- Incorporate client feedback and adjust deliverables accordingly
- Lead portfolio brands with commercial insight
- Recommend innovative approaches that improve creative delivery
- Demonstrate expertise across communication channels ensuring consistency and integration
