Requirements

• Grade 12 or National Certificate in Customer Service or equivalent
• Customer service or call centre experience
• Experience in a credit lending environment (advantageous)
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-stress environment
• Strong organisational and planning skills
• Self-motivated

Responsibilities

• Provide advice to prospective customers on Umsuka Wemali finance products
• Address and resolve client queries promptly and satisfactorily
• Process applications in a timely manner
• Ensure contracts are cleared and submitted on time for payments
• Liaise with Fidelity branch contact persons to facilitate efficient loan issuance
• Adhere strictly to the National Credit Act, Consumer Protection Act, and other compliance-related laws
• Assist with market-related issues for the company
• Provide general customer service and assistance to Umsuka Wemali finance clients
