Requirements

• Minimum Grade 12 qualification
• 6-12 months experience in debt collection, ideally within a call centre environment
• Familiarity with account lifecycle, collection processes, and supporting systems
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Excellent telephone etiquette
• Strong customer service orientation
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Collaborative team player

Responsibilities
