The role focuses on retail media strategy and integrated campaign execution across multiple channels. Requirements

• 8–10+ years’ experience in client service within an agency setting
• Minimum 3 years in a senior leadership role
• Proven experience managing large retail clients and retail media campaigns
• Comprehensive understanding of the marketing mix including ATL, BTL, digital, media, in-store, and shopper marketing
• Strong financial skills including budget handling and forecasting
• Excellent internal and external communication and presentation abilities
• Collaborative leadership style with strong attention to detail
• Ability to perform under pressure with a solution-driven mindset
• Skills in Data, Media, Technology, Client service, Leadership, Retail, Digital

Responsibilities

• Lead client relationships at a senior level to ensure strategic alignment and consistent campaign delivery
• Oversee the execution of integrated marketing campaigns with a strong focus on retail media
• Collaborate with strategy, creative, media, digital, and production teams for seamless implementation
• Identify new business opportunities within the client account to drive growth
• Manage campaign budgets, timelines, and performance outcomes
• Mentor and lead the client service team to uphold a high-performance, accountable culture
