MAN Automotive (South Africa) (Pty) Ltd is looking for a Branch Manager in Cape Town to oversee workshop and parts operations, enforce standards, drive customer retention, and achieve financial and operational performance targets.
Requirements
- Grade 12 Matric Certificate
- Diploma in a similar role in the automotive industry
- Good financial knowledge
- Computer literate
- Analytical and strategic problem-solving skills
- High-level communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Solution-oriented thinking with customer orientation
- Ability to build confidence and manage cooperative partnerships
- Pro-active and highly motivated in achieving objectives
- Assertive with decision-making skills
- Experience in a managerial role in the automotive industry - 5 years
Responsibilities
- Achieve set CSM targets for service and parts
- Ensure efficient operations and establish workshop operating standards
- Implement MAN standards and procedures across departments
- Oversee performance of the branch, including workshop and on-site operations
- Achieve workshop sales of hours and profit margins
- Control the branch’s budget, including personnel costs and overheads
- Increase and retain customer base
- Manage company assets responsibly
- Drive productivity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
