Job Description

Assist in managing a portfolio of affluent clients with a team of Private Bankers through analysis, research, sales, and service fulfillment. The role focuses on identifying opportunities for new clients, growing existing client portfolios, building strong relationships, delivering high-quality outputs, and contributing to business profit growth within the Private Banking & Advisory Team.

Requirements

  • Proactively manage a portfolio of affluent clients with a team of Private Bankers through analysis, research, sales, and service fulfillment
  • Build sound relationships based on trust and openness
  • Contribute to a culture of service excellence, providing opportunity for feedback and exceptional service
  • Understand and market all financial services solutions within the relevant business offering
  • Assist with profit growth by effectively managing the leads pipeline
  • Consistently produce high-quality outputs within agreed deadlines
  • Minimum Qualification: RE5 Certificate with a Degree NQF7 (FSCA Approved) level in Finance or Accounting
  • 2 to 3 years’ experience in Sales/Service within a financial environment, banking preferred
  • Must not be an unrehabilitated insolvent
  • Comply with relevant statutory, legislative, policy, and governance requirements
  • Ensure growth and increase in customer base by managing existing clients, generating new leads, and growing active accounts
  • Credit record check required in accordance with National Credit Act (NCA)
