Account Executive

Job Description

Supports the execution of adaptation and transcreation projects across the Africa and Middle East region. Works with internal teams and clients to coordinate asset delivery, manage project workflows, and ensure production quality and timeliness.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience in project coordination or support role within a creative agency, production company, or related field
• Basic knowledge of campaign production including digital, print, and video assets
• Strong organisational and project management abilities
• Effective communication skills and collaborative approach
• Experience with online project management and reporting tools
• Ability to multitask and meet project deadlines
• Proactive problem-solving and troubleshooting mindset

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing adaptation of assets for regional markets
• Coordinate with Adaptation Hub and local teams to support project execution
• Track project timelines and ensure brand compliance
• Support end-to-end production process from briefing to delivery
• Troubleshoot production issues and escalate when required
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure workflow efficiency
• Prepare project reports and updates for Implementation Lead
• Document timelines, project status, and issue logs
• Support presentations and routine updates
• Maintain strong communication with local teams and stakeholders
• Manage expectations and provide regular project status updates
