Job Description

Manage client relationships and ensure successful delivery of advertising campaigns across various channels. Understand client needs, brief creative teams, oversee project execution, and maintain communication with stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field
  • 2-3 years experience in advertising or a similar industry
  • Strong understanding of communication channels including digital, print, and broadcast media
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proactive and results-oriented approach
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to delivering exceptional client service

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Understand client business objectives and marketing goals
  • Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and addressing needs
  • Gather detailed client briefs and translate them into actionable briefs for creative, production, or strategy teams
  • Oversee project timelines and ensure deadlines are met
  • Review creative deliverables for client alignment and brand guidelines
  • Collaborate with internal teams including creative, production, and strategy
  • Communicate project status updates to clients and stakeholders
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative work environment
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency across all deliverables
  • Proofread and edit materials before client delivery
  • Identify and resolve issues during project execution
  • Escalate issues requiring senior intervention
  • Adapt to changing priorities and challenges
  • Update and maintain status reports for all campaign elements
  • Provide regular client updates on campaign progress and key metrics
  • Maintain records of all client interactions
  • Ensure timely delivery of accurate creative work
  • Oversee creative process to meet client briefs and deadlines
  • Understand omnichannel communication integrating multiple platforms
  • Ensure contracts are developed, signed off, and billed on time
  • Handle contractual aspects of client relationships including invoicing
