Momentum Metropolitan Holdings offers an exciting 12-month YES Learnership opportunity for unemployed South African youth aged 18-25. As part of the Youth Employment Services (YES) program, you will gain hands-on experience across various departments, develop professional skills, and contribute to the organization’s mission. This learnership provides a monthly stipend and a platform to kickstart your career in a dynamic financial services environment.

Requirements

• Relevant Qualifications (Bachelor’s degree, Diploma, or Certificate) in Finance, Accounting, Tax, Audit, IT, Information Science, Data and AI, Python, SQL, Data Analytics, Data Science, Business Analysis, Project Management, Business Intelligence, Investment Management, LLB, Learning and Development, Skills Development, Human Resources, or Industrial Psychology
• Functional ability to use MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• South African citizenship
• Aged between 18 and 25
• Unemployed at the time of application
• First-time participant in the Youth Employment Services (YES) program

Responsibilities

• Gain exposure within Momentum Investments across departments such as HR, Finance, Marketing, Operations, Client Services, or IT, depending on placement
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn, take initiative, and apply feedback to improve performance
• Uphold Momentum Investments’ values and represent the organization professionally
• Engage in opportunities to develop personal and professional skills, including communication, teamwork, and problem-solving
