Requirements

• National Senior Certificate
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in a store environment, with one year in a supervisory role
• Relevant agricultural product knowledge

Responsibilities

• Perform general administration tasks
• Compile self-audit reports monthly
• Complete all relevant reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
• Ensure correct filing, process, and quantities of stock control
• Manage and control stock cards with accurate stock quantities
• Ensure all email and telephonic enquiries are referred and followed up
• Manage and report on spending against budget
• Oversee consignment stock administration
• Report monthly on marketing events and promotion projects
• Develop and implement contract performance management plans with staff
• Develop staff to their full potential
• Support candidates during in-house training
• Identify potential for accelerated development
• Manage and control staff
• Support candidates during the development process
• Manage budget in the warehouse environment
• Achieve actual results set for the warehouse
• Develop a marketing plan with actionable steps
