Aerial Cableway Hartbeespoort is hiring a Waiter/Waitress for their restaurant operations in Hartbeespoort, North-West. The role reports to the Restaurant Manager and involves delivering excellent service, managing guest interactions, and supporting the front-of-house environment. Requirements

• Grade 10
• Minimum of 1 year practical experience in a hospitality environment
• Strong customer service and teamwork skills
• Literate in English – able to speak, read, and write
• Adaptability to various working areas and conditions
• Willingness to work shifts

Responsibilities

• Welcome and seat guests upon arrival
• Take orders from guests accurately and promptly
• Communicate guest orders clearly to kitchen staff
• Memorize the menu and daily specials
• Use the Point of Sale (POS) system to capture and process orders
• Ensure proper preparation and availability of waitering items for each shift
• Uphold health and safety standards at all times
