Job Description

A non-profit medical scheme seeks a Talent E-learning Practitioner to develop and revise e-learning courses, supporting internal projects and collaborating across teams to ensure timely delivery.

Requirements

  • Grade 12
  • ETD national diploma
  • Four years experience as an e-learning developer
  • One year experience with simulation capturing systems and Adobe Captivate
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent follow-up, time management, and organisation skills
  • Strong editing, written, and oral communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proactive technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Photoshop and/or Adobe InDesign, and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical expertise in developing and revising e-learning courses
  • Support internal projects related to training development
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams and management to meet project requirements and schedules
