A leading organisation is looking for a skilled Senior Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional projects that deliver real value to clients. The role involves managing the full project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and implementing change management strategies to support delivery.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Informatics, BCom, Project Management, Business Management, or equivalent RPL
- Project Management certification (Agile Project Management, Scrum Master, DSDMPrince, etc.)
- 7–10 years of project management experience with a strong record of successful project delivery
- Strong communication skills for conveying complex information to stakeholders
- Comprehensive understanding of the project management lifecycle from start to close-out
- Experience with Agile methodology
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage full lifecycle project deliverables aligned with business goals
- Develop project plans covering objectives, timelines, resources, and deliverables
- Ensure timely milestone achievement and manage changes proactively
- Implement strategies to enhance asset utilisation and financial performance
- Design and execute change management plans to support adoption and success
