Senior Manager, Performance Marketing

Job Description

Badger Holdings is hiring a Senior Manager to lead and scale digital growth strategies across paid media channels. This leadership role will drive customer acquisition, ROI, and campaign performance through data-driven execution and high-performing marketing tactics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field
• 7+ years in performance or digital marketing, including 3+ years in a leadership role
• Track record of success managing large-scale budgets and multi-channel campaigns
• Expertise in platforms like Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and DSPs
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Hubspot
• Strong analytical capabilities using Google Analytics, Looker, or Tableau
• Excellent leadership, collaboration, and communication skills
• Comfort with experimentation, agility, and fast-paced environments
• Preferred: experience in e-commerce, SaaS, fintech, or startups
• Preferred: knowledge of attribution models, marketing automation, and segmentation

Responsibilities

• Own and execute digital performance marketing strategy across paid media and CRM
• Lead a team of performance marketers to deliver acquisition and ROI goals
• Manage multimillion-Rand marketing budgets across channels
• Design, implement, and optimize campaigns through continuous A/B testing
• Collaborate with creative and brand teams for high-performing assets
• Promote a culture of testing, learning, and performance excellence
• Analyze attribution, conversion funnels, CAC, LTV, and other metrics to refine strategy
• Leverage technology and stay current with digital marketing trends and tools
• Manage agency and external partnerships to support campaign success
