Senior BTL Designer

Job Description

TBWA South Africa is seeking a Senior BTL Designer to deliver world-class ideas and design across all media formats for TBWA\Hunt Lascaris and its clients. The role involves interrogating briefs and strategy to ensure excellence in concept, craft, and results. The ideal candidate will have a compelling portfolio and a minimum of 5 years of experience in a leading creative agency, with a focus on creative solutions, client relationships, and cross-departmental collaboration.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a designer in a leading creative agency
• Compelling portfolio showcasing relevant, high-quality work
• Expertise in design craft and multi-format execution
• Strong conceptual thinking
• Strategic understanding of brand and communication
• Strong presentation and articulation skills
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite
• Experience with Figma and AI adoption (advantageous)
• Proficiency in After Effects, 3D modelling, or editing (advantageous)
• Ambitious, adaptive, and collaborative mindset
• Creatively expressive with a drive to push boundaries
• Courageous and determined with a strong sense of ownership

• Represent the agency positively and professionally in all interactions
