Stylistic SA, a fast-growing marketing agency, is hiring a Paid Advertising Specialist to lead performance marketing efforts across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and X. The role involves campaign planning and optimisation, creative collaboration, performance tracking, and strategic reporting. It’s a hands-on role with growth potential in a collaborative agency environment.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience managing successful campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and X Ads
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns, budgets, and goals concurrently
• Comfortable with data analysis and turning insights into strategy
• High attention to detail and results-focused approach
• Own transport required

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and X
• Collaborate with design and content teams to test creatives and copy
• Set up and manage ad accounts, audiences, tracking, pixels, and conversion events
• Monitor campaign performance and adjust to optimise ROAS, CPL, or engagement
• Create detailed reports with insights and recommendations
• Advise on funnel structure, landing page optimisation, and budget allocation
• Keep up with platform changes, trends, and advertising best practices
