Job Description
The Department of Higher Education and Training (DHET), Community Education and Training branch, is seeking Graduate Interns for a 24-month fixed-term contract in the Northwest CET College. The role supports HR, marketing, and IT tasks at the Brits office. Due to the high volume of applications anticipated, only short-listed candidates will be contacted.
Requirements
- National diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Marketing Management, Management Assistant, Information Communication Technology, or Computer Sciences
- N6 certificate in Management Assistant
- No previous service as a Graduate Intern or contract worker in the Public Service
- All qualifications subject to verification
- Foreign qualifications must be evaluated by the South African Qualification Authority (SAQA)
- Subject to citizenship verification, reference checks, and security vetting
Responsibilities
- Assist in HR, marketing, and IT tasks for CET college operations
- Support coordination of administrative and technical activities
- Compile reports and documentation for college processes
- Maintain records for HR and IT tasks
- Collaborate with teams on college initiatives
- Provide administrative and technical support
