Dotsure, a division of Badger Holdings and one of South Africa’s fastest-growing insurers, is seeking a passionate Motor Accounts Handler / Office Bound Business Developer to join our team in George, Western Cape. If you have an interest in all things car-related—like M3s, C63 AMGs, S3s, or any ‘zooped up whips’—this role is for you. You’ll help grow and maintain longstanding relationships with motor dealerships nationwide, driving sales and delivering exceptional service. The role involves being the go-to contact for dealerships, resolving challenges, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure soft landings for customers and partners. This position aligns with Dotsure’s culture, values, and Employment Equity policy, giving preference to under-represented designated groups.

Requirements

• Matric certificate
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage with diverse personalities
• Goal-oriented and resilient mindset
• Passion for delivering high-quality customer service
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
• Comfortable using WhatsApp for communication
• General computer and data literacy
• Interest in car-related topics (advantageous)
• Previous customer-facing or account management experience, especially in sales or the motor industry (advantageous)
• Post-matric studies (advantageous)

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with motor dealerships nationwide
• Act as the primary contact for dealerships, addressing queries and resolving issues
• Drive sales through inbound and outbound calls to the dealer network
• Tackle dealer challenges with confidence and care
• Maintain and update CRM entries to keep the portfolio thriving
• Engage proactively with dealers to ensure satisfaction
• Collaborate with internal departments to deliver outstanding service
• Support the company’s commitment to delivering soft landings for customers and partners
