Dotsure is seeking a data-driven Marketing Analyst to enhance marketing performance through actionable insights. This office-based position in George, Western Cape involves data modelling, reporting, and analysis across digital and operational marketing channels.

Requirements

• Strong experience with Power BI, including DAX and M-code
• Advanced Excel skills for data manipulation
• Experience with Qlik is a strong plus
• Knowledge of GA4 and integration of multi-channel data
• Proven track record in predictive analytics and marketing modelling
• Excellent communication and data simplification skills
• Alignment with a dynamic, innovation-focused culture

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain dashboards using Power BI, Qlik, or Excel
• Build data models and automate analytics workflows
• Integrate data from multiple marketing and CRM platforms
• Develop predictive models and performance trend reports
• Ensure consistency and clarity across reports
• Translate data findings into recommendations for teams
• Identify marketing channel mixes to meet sales targets
• Deliver daily reporting updates
