General Worker (Grainlink)

Job Description

Join Senwes, a cornerstone of South African agriculture, as a General Worker at our Grainlink facility in Koppies. In this vital role, you will support the operational efficiency of our grain storage and processing facilities, contributing to the seamless handling and maintenance of agricultural products. Your work will ensure our facilities remain clean, pest-free, and well-maintained, playing a key role in supporting the agricultural supply chain.

Requirements

• Grade 10 (National Senior Certificate preferred)
• Great communication skills
• Basic knowledge of the grain industry

Responsibilities

• Execute general cleaning functions of the yard, bins, containers, silo, building, and bunkers
• Conduct spraying for pest control in silo bins, machines, and buildings
• Assist with bin and storage fumigation
• Handle bagging, storage, and monitoring of graded screenings
• Load and off-load grain (bulk and bags)
• Assist with maintenance work
