Finding Personnel is looking for an External Sales Representative to promote a total solution sales approach to clients. The role involves regular territory planning, order management, reporting, and proactive customer engagement aligned with company standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales role with proven track record
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
• Knowledge of safety products (advantageous)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Fluent in Afrikaans and English
• Strong customer service orientation
• Organisational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and professional presentation

Responsibilities

• Promote new business through structured prospecting
• Maintain an efficient territory coverage plan weekly
• Prepare daily informative call reports
• Track competitive trends and new product opportunities
• Ensure timely handling of customer enquiries and orders
• Submit daily orders and follow up with dispatch on deliveries
• Attend and contribute to weekly sales meetings
• Log and address customer complaints effectively
• Record all activities, quotes, and communication in Microsoft Planner
• Submit detailed weekly activity reports highlighting opportunities and issues
