The Mining Qualifications Authority (MQA) offers a 24-month internship in the Learning Programmes Operations unit, designed to develop skills in coordinating and implementing learnerships, bursaries, internships, and artisan development initiatives. Interns will work in a dynamic environment, supporting learner registrations, data capturing, and provider support to drive transformation and skills development in South Africa’s mining and minerals sector.

24-month internship for unemployed South African citizens who have never participated in an internship programme. Suitable for National Diploma/Degree (NQF 6/7) holders preferably in Human Resources Development/Management, Public Administration/Management, or Training.

24-month internship for unemployed South African citizens who have never participated in an internship programme. Suitable for Bachelor’s Degree holders preferably in Human Resources Management, Development, Administration, Public Governance, or Public Management. Honours or Postgraduate degree is an advantage.

24-month internship targeting unemployed South African citizens new to internships. Ideal candidates hold a National Diploma (NQF 6) or Bachelor's Degree (NQF 7) in Human Resources Development, Management, Business Administration, Social Science, Public Relations, Communication, or equivalents.

Two-year internship for new interns holding Postgraduate Diploma or Honours Degree (NQF 8) in Risk Management, Auditing, Accounting, Business Management/Administration, Public Management, or Commerce.

Internship programme for unemployed South African citizens new to internships. Suitable for Bachelor’s Degree/Honours (NQF 7/8) holders in Business Administration, Management or related fields. Master’s degree or NQF Level 9 qualification is advantageous.

Opportunity for new interns with Postgraduate Diploma or Honours Degree (NQF 8) in Monitoring & Evaluation, Auditing, Accounting, Business Management, Public Management, or Commerce.

Internship for unemployed South African citizens who have not done internships before. Candidates hold Honours or Master’s Degree in Knowledge Management, Information Systems, Records or Library and Information Science, Digital Media, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related disciplines.

Internship targeting unemployed South African citizens new to internships. National Diploma or Degree (NQF 6/7) in Facilities Management, Office Management, Business Administration, Public Management, Public Administration or equivalents required.
