The role combines executive leadership with hands-on production oversight and requires a deep technical understanding of boatbuilding and sailing. Responsibilities span the entire production lifecycle, from materials to sea trials, ensuring operational excellence and top-tier craftsmanship while maintaining close engagement with clients and naval architects. Requirements

• Proven executive or senior management experience within boat-building or marine manufacturing
• Strong technical expertise in yacht or ship design and construction
• Practical sailing experience (essential)
• Experience working with naval architects and demanding clients
• Commercial acumen
• Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams
• Willingness to relocate (nationally or internationally)

• Lead and supervise production operations across departments
