Job Description

Join Clover’s Call Centre Learnership programme to gain an NQF qualification and practical experience in a world-class call centre environment. The programme includes classroom learning and hands-on work at Clover’s offices.

Requirements

• Grade 12 or equivalent NQF4
• Completed Matric between 2020 and 2024
• Minimum average of 55% in English and Maths or Maths Literacy
• Advanced computer literacy
• Currently unemployed
• No prior participation in any learnership

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions
• Resolve queries and complaints with relevant stakeholders
• Accurately capture orders following daily call lists
• Inform customers of account status and order confirmations
• Notify stakeholders of order issues
• Promote new or additional products
• Support team members to achieve results
• Share responsibility for completing tasks
• Participate actively in team meetings
• Manage visual information effectively
