Requirements

• Informatics or relevant degree
• Honours degree
• Three years’ experience as a Business Analyst
• One year User Interface analyst experience
• One year Software Development experience
• Proficiency with Genesys Software and Paradigm Software
• Experience with Agile methodology and project management
• Strong SQL query skills (Oracle and IBM Netezza)
• Familiarity with Enterprise Architect, Visio, SoapUI (SOAP), REST client (JSON)
• Experience using Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence)
• Understanding of UML, XML, and JSON

Responsibilities

• Design and validate functional solutions using Agile methodology
• Interpret product and technical requirements into Agile Epics and Stories
• Plan Agile sprints and stories
• Identify stakeholders for Agile Story Board creation and validation
• Design test cases, scenarios, and data sets accompanying Agile Story Board
• Validate Agile Epics and test baskets with stakeholders and obtain sign-off
• Apply system and interface knowledge to highlight integration considerations
