Join a Cape Town-based startup revolutionizing global markets as a B2B Sales Representative in Gauteng. You’ll drive adoption of innovative software and automation solutions across retail, residential, commercial, and public sectors. Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, and build lasting relationships with clients like property groups and REITs. This role offers uncapped commission potential and the chance to make a significant impact in a high-growth, tech-driven environment.

Requirements

  • 4-6+ years in B2B sales, ideally selling tech/hardware/SAAS solutions to property, retail, or mobility sectors
  • Proven track record of closing deals
  • Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing abilities
  • Familiarity with CRM, proposal tools
  • Understanding of B2B contracts, pricing, and ROI pitches
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or related; or equivalent experience
  • Comfortable with remote work tools (Discord)
  • Willingness to travel
  • Sales certification advantageous
  • Experience in parking, proptech, IoT, or real estate is a bonus
  • Awareness of South African market dynamics is a bonus

Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads through networking, cold outreach, events, and referrals in the property/real estate sector
  • Conduct demos, presentations, and site visits to showcase the company’s solution (e.g., cost savings, sustainability, dashboards for landlords/tenants)
  • Prepare customized proposals, pricing models, and contracts
  • Close deals and achieve quarterly targets
  • Build long-term relationships with clients like property groups & REITS
  • Track sales pipeline using CRM tools (HubSpot)
  • Provide market feedback to refine offerings and collaborate with engineering/ops teams
