Job Description

Handle inbound and outbound calls; resolve customer queries via email, walk-ins, and other platforms; provide reporting information; render clerical support.

Requirements

  • Grade 12 / Matric Certificate
  • Knowledge of Public Service and Departmental legislation, policies, and procedures
  • Knowledge of call centre and office management processes
  • Communication (verbal and written) skills
  • Computer literacy
  • Problem solving
  • Good interpersonal relations
  • Planning and organizing
  • Ability to correctly interpret relevant documentation
