Handle inbound and outbound calls; resolve customer queries via email, walk-ins, and other platforms; provide reporting information; render clerical support.
Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric Certificate
- Knowledge of Public Service and Departmental legislation, policies, and procedures
- Knowledge of call centre and office management processes
- Communication (verbal and written) skills
- Computer literacy
- Problem solving
- Good interpersonal relations
- Planning and organizing
- Ability to correctly interpret relevant documentation
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls
- Resolve customer queries
- Provide information for reporting and customer satisfaction
- Render general clerical support
