Requirements
- Basic understanding of accounting and bookkeeping best practices
- Knowledge of SRA Accounts rules
- Clear, professional, and succinct communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure with excellent time management
- Experience creating and publishing instructional documentation
- Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Effective listening and multitasking skills
- Strong teamwork and task ownership
- Contact center or support experience
