  2. Ealy 2024 somebody stole my cellphone three day’s later replaced it I then went to branch maponya mall to do a simple sim swap even I bring certificate to prove that this cell number I had it for more than 20yrs they simply can’t help

  3. My sim card doesn’t want to work any more I went to a Telkom store for a new sim card and to do a sim swap so that could get my number back and they told me that the sim card is not rica in my name but I’ve been using the number for more than 4 years already. What do I do now
