I understand that sometimes circumstances change, and I might no longer qualify for or need my SASSA grant.
Cancelling it can feel a bit confusing, especially if I’m not sure where to start. Thankfully, SASSA offers a few different ways to do this.
The easiest option seems to be going online and using the SASSA cancellation portal.
However, if I’m not comfortable with technology, I might prefer to call their hotline or even visit a SASSA office in person to get help.
Regardless of the method, I know I’ll need my ID number and probably some other information ready to make the process go smoothly.
